Shriner's Potentate's Banquet & Ball

When I was tasked with putting on our annual Potentate’s Banquet & Ball at our Shrine Center for 225 members, ladies and guests one of my first priorities was to arrange for good food served hot and fast.  From our first contact with Vickie with Victoria’s Event Planning & Catering everything went great.   The entire staff was friendly and professional.   They came into our kitchen and prepared a fabulous dinner of our choosing consisting of Stuffed Chicken Breast, Sweet Green Beans and Mashed Potatoes.  Everything was tasty from the salad through the main course and ending with a wonderful Strawberry Pie.   The service was excellent and the kitchen was clean and spotless after they finished.  
     We expected a lot and our expectations were met and surpassed.  Many of those in attendance made a point to compliment us on the food.  We would recommend Victoria’s to anyone needing a fabulous dinner and excellent service.
