Themed Events: We love theme events and would love to create your next party atmosphere with the perfect menu to fit your taste.

Estimate: A estimate will be available for you within 48 hours.

Pricing: Based on specific events, menus, number of guests and amount of food. Food will be served buffet style or full service.

On Site Consultation: The location of your event and kitchen facilities will help determine what type of food and service would be most appropriate.

Rentals: We are happy to provide china, flat ware, glassware, linens, tables and chairs for your event. 20% to 40% additional charges will apply above rental cost which will cover pick up, set up, clean up, and return.

Service: We charge per server per hour. Number of servers depent on event. Servers are attired in accordance with the theme of your event. The number of servers is determined by the event planner.

Additional Charges: There may be additional charges for setting up tables and chairs, breaking down tables and chairs and cleaning the facility in a venue that you have rented, that includes those things based on a per event decision.

Deposit Policy: There is a non Refundable Booking fee based on the size of the event to hold a date open. 50% of the invoice balance due 6 months prior to the event and the remaining balance due 30 days prior to the event. The booking fee will be deducted from your total invoice, and can be used to book a date if the event needs to be changed. 

Cancellation Policy:  Refunds or cancellations due to extenuating circumstances will be considered on an individual basis.

Our business principles are based on outstanding customer service. We strive to create a positive experience with some light heartedness and a family-like atmosphere while planning events. We recognize that everyone has different tastes,  coming from diverse backgrounds and cultures, requiring that special recipe or touch that will make your event your own. If Grandma's potatoe salad is your desire, we will create it to your liking (with a little help from Grandma, of course)! We cook for your family and event the same way we cook for our own. And we still believe in that old saying....."the customer is always right"! 

Who We Are

Victoria's Catering is located in Bay County Florida, nestled between Mexico Beach and only minutes from Panama City Beach, "The World's Most Beautiful Beaches". We have been creating events since 2005 that include graduation parties, corporate luncheons, award banquets, anniversaries, birthdays, showers, indoor and outdoor weddings, black tie fundraising affairs, and touring celebrity functions.
